We are now seeking a **Retail Manager** to lead our Toorak store with passion, style, and strategic vision. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand that celebrates fashion-forward thinking and exceptional retail leadership.

**Job Details:Position**: Retail Manager**Job Type**: Full-time, 38 hours per week**Salary**: $76,515.00 plus superannuation**Location**: 468 Toorak Rd, Toorak VIC 3142

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service and a luxurious in-store experience.
- Determine optimal product mix, manage stock levels, and set service standards in line with brand expectations.
- Develop and execute innovative purchasing and marketing strategies to maximise sales and brand visibility.
- Set competitive pricing while maintaining premium positioning and product integrity.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect seasonal trends and brand identity.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure strong commercial performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor financial transactions to support strategic planning.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a team culture focused on excellence and customer engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering personalised styling advice and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform future business decisions.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales performance.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and staff management abilities.
- Minimum 1 year of experience required.
