The Opportunity

Working out of the Toorak clinic, as the Clinic Operations Manager you will be championed with the task of assisting and supporting both the front-end & back-end operations of the business. You will manage all front desk responsibilities, including overseeing the clinic coordinators. You will be the central contact for trouble shooting and be responsible for maintaining various business systems and processes. In addition to this, as Operations Manager you will work alongside the Clinics Founder and Director, which will see you involved in Business Development, Marketing and exciting strategic projects.

As the Clinic Operations Manager you will:

- Provide support to staff by overseeing and managing all day-to-day front desk operations, this may at times see you working on the front desk.
- Manage and administer various operations systems (such as Appointment Software, Inventory Systems etc ), and ensure the staff have all required knowledge and access to perform their role to the best of their ability.
- Assist with managing inventory levels, ensuring that the inventory system is updated and maintained and that all orders are packed and sent in a timely and on-brand manner.
- Oversee Wages, OH&S, HR and Recruitment needs.
- Ensure all team members, including Dermal Therapists, are update weekly via team meetings.
- Provide support to the Founder to execute tasks such as Brand & Marketing activities, as well as assist with various Strategic Initiatives.

You possess a “can-do” attitude coupled with an eye for detail. You have an incredible work ethic and you're an organiser - you have contingencies for contingencies. You are reliable, professional and have the ability to communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders across the entire business... in a professional, yet fun manner. Ideally you have a proven track record in overseeing and managing day-to-day operations in a similar environment.
