Certificate 3 Classroom Assistant

We are a small boutique Montessori Long Day Care for 2 - 6 year old children. We are open 5 days a week.

We are looking for a part-time classroom assistant. He or She must have experience working in an environment with children and must LOVE children

Our successful candidate will be:

  • Passionate about the Montessori Philosophy
  • Reliable
  • Love working with preschool children
  • A positive attitude; respond well to feedback
  • Able to 'think outside the box'
  • Willing to learn and be guided
  • Flexible within the role

Required Qualifications:

  • Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Montessori Philosophy knowledge and interest
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Valid Australian Working Visa
  • Cleared Working with Children Check
  • Current references

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Montessori experience
  • Montessori 3-6 Diploma
