
Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator with a keen interest in travel to join our dynamic team. The applicant will work across our group of brands to promote our services - Corporate Travel, Luxury Leisure Travel and Meetings, Conferences and Events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for crafting targeted digital marketing strategies within the B2B and B2C space. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and showcasing our offerings through digital lead campaigns. You will work with the marketing team to implement and manage strategies across multiple digital channels, including social media, advertising platforms, eDM, content creation, and website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and refine high-quality written content across multiple formats, including articles, case studies, and social media copy for each of the Connections Travel Group brands.
- Assist in the planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of marketing campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate and create content for client newsletters. Create and manage mailing lists in the CRM/CSM platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including website articles, social media posts, ad creatives and email newsletters.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyse SEO across websites. Website content; create articles and case studies and implement them on sites and design high-converting landing pages with a focus on user experience.
Attributes, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following - Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, campaign management, marketing or advertising preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM & CMS, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- High level of attention to detail.
