We are looking for a confident, friendly and motivated individual that prides themselves on their customer first approach for the role of Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for our Members and Guests and be required to manage all aspects of reception.

You will work independently, within a wider team and be responsible for the following duties:

  • Greeting all members and guests with a professional and friendly demeanour
  • Answering incoming calls including screening and forwarding of calls
  • Manage Club Membership Data Base
  • Receive entertainment/show bookings and process payments
  • Manage contractors sign in/out
  • Receive and process courtesy bus bookings
  • General administration duties as requested

You will need the following:

  • previous experience within a similar role that has a focus towards customer service - ideally retail, hospitality or corporate services
  • be proactive, innovative and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
  • a strong attention to detail

This position is ideal for a professional, dynamic and customer focused individual that enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to the business wider objectives.

You will need to be available to work on a 7 day rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
