As a Senior Claims Manager, you'll play a key role in guiding members through some of life's toughest moments. You'll work with a supportive team, use your expertise to solve complex problems, and help shape the future of claims management. Day to day, you'll:

  • Manage a variety of complex life, disability, and income protection claims.
  • Use proactive strategies to get the best results for members and the Trust.
  • Communicate openly with members, employers, and health professionals.
  • Coach and mentor team members to build their skills.
  • Help improve processes and drive positive change in a dynamic team.

This role is a12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.

About you

You're someone who genuinely cares about making a difference in people's lives. You know how to handle complex claims and you're always ready to lend a hand to your team. You're a great communicator, a natural mentor, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you love solving problems and supporting others, you'll fit right in.

  • You're experienced in holistic claims management.
  • You have a background in life or disability insurance claims.
  • You're skilled in working with Early Intervention, Rehabilitation, and Community Services.
  • You're great at mentoring and supporting others.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field is a bonus.
