International legal provider, who deliver exceptional service to clients, are currently seeking an experienced Senior Liability and a Liability Claims Consultant to join the dedicated team.

You will play a key role in the proactive management of Liability claims, ensuring exceptional service for both internal and external stakeholders, liaising with key partners including underwriters, lawyers, and the insurance partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of Liability Claims, claims efficiently and effectively
  • Providing claim trend insights and report high-value or complex claims to senior management
  • Communicating confidently with stakeholders, including legal professionals and investigators
  • Adhering to compliance with relevant insurance legislation
  • Providing feedback on the performance of liability service providers

Ideally you will have

  • Proven experience in Liability claims
  • Legal qualification (desirable)
  • A solid understanding of general insurance principles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills
