Philter Brewing is an 
award-winning, independently owned brewery
, and we're looking for an experienced 
Sales Representative
 to take ownership of our South East Queensland territory (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast & Northern Rivers).

This is a key role in growing our established presence in the region, so 
industry experience is essential.
 Ideally we're after someone with a 
proven track record in beer or liquor sales
, strong knowledge of the market, its channels and the 
wholesaler network
, and the ability to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, buyers and industry networks
  • Manage and grow our existing customer base, including chain stores
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Plan and deliver promotional activity and product training to customers and end consumers
  • Represent Philter with professionalism and passion across all sales channels

What we're looking for (Ideal):

  • Solid background in beer or liquor sales (minimum of 3 years' experience)
  • Understanding of the QLD wholesale landscape including on-premise and off-premise networks
  • Ability to plan, schedule and work both autonomously and collaboratively with Sydney HQ
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused - Experience in working with CRM advantageous
  • Must have: valid Australian work rights, Driver's licence + RSA
