About the role

As the Sales Manager at ACE SIGN Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's new business development efforts in the sales field. This full-time position is based in Sunshine West, VIC, and you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to expand ACE SIGN's customer base and increase revenue.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within target markets
  2. Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
  4. Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
  5. Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  6. Providing regular reports on sales performance and pipeline
  7. Mentoring and leading a team of sales professionals
