We are looking for a natural leader with high energy and a positive approach to achieving success. You'll work closely with your team who provide exceptional customer service and help drive our driveline / hydraulics business forward
Responsibility and duties:
- Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Develop and execute branch strategies aligned with regional and state objectives.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L, cost control, and inventory.
- Ensure excellent customer service and swift resolution of customer inquiries.
- Champion workplace safety, compliance, and team wellbeing.
- Coordinate staff training, recruitment, payroll, and HR activities in partnership with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate reporting and communication with senior management
- Oversee daily workshop operations, including team leadership, workflow management, quality control, safety compliance.
Who are you?
- Proven track record in sales, branch management, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional people management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Current and valid Australian driver's license.
- Computer literate at an intermediate level
- Experience or knowledge with Hydraulic and Driveline products is advantageous.
