We are one of Australia's leading suppliers to the rapidly evolving Rail, Utilities, Building and Construction and Infrastructure industries. With a suite of in demand products and solutions and the industry sector experiencing unprecedented growth, we are seeking to grow our highly successful National Sales Division.

Following the recent review of our current sales structure, we've identified the need to strengthen our ability to reach more client networks and enhance the service we provide to our long term, existing customers.

We have not even begun to tap into our connections and already plentiful business opportunities outside of Victoria for our Rail Division and we can't do this without adding to our highly driven and commercially successful Sales Team.

As the leader of our Rail market vertical, we're seeking a driven professional who can build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify short, medium and long term opportunities and play a pivotal role in driving the next stage of our business growth.

So, what part will you play within the business?

You will be responsible the growth of existing National client accounts as well as sourcing new business development opportunities within our highly successful Rail sector.

Clients actually want and need what we have to offer (our products are often specified in their tenders and our solution-based service offering is unmatched). More often than not, our BDM's hear, where have you been? I wish I'd had your number 12 months ago

Helping us to grow our business by identifying major project opportunities and developing key relationships, we have everything you will need to succeed. An internal sales team of technical specialists and engineers as well as sales administrative support will be there to support your every need and there is no need to start from scratch.

You will be given an existing client portfolio and CRM full of existing leads and current project opportunities which is likely to equate to a substantial amount of your sales budget

Our current BDM's have earned the opportunity to have their own dedicated Sales E.A / Sales Coordinator who not only manages their administrative requirements but also takes care of their travel, expenses, reporting (lives lol).

What will some of your responsibilities be?

· Building and nurturing key customer stakeholder relationships

· Driving market & product specific wins to leverage our and expand our strong product offer

· Networking with key stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities

· Growing your net portfolio worth

· Working with our internal teams to ensure our customer's needs & expectations are exceeded

· Identify new and upcoming project opportunities

· Showcasing our products and services to the market

· Interstate travel will be required as required

To be successful you will:

· Be exceptional at building relationships with key stakeholders

· Have proven experience within a Sales or BDM role and be able to demonstrate your past successes

· Be able to listen and take direction as needed (we are great at what we do, have been doing it for a long and have proven strategies to help you succeed)

· Be hungry Love building the relationship, provide innovative solutions and thrive on closing the deal

· Be willing to travel as required (Nationally and on some occasions possibly Internationally)
