Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Staff located in Geelong West, VIC. The Sales Staff will be responsible for engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, assisting with product inquiries, managing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment. Additional responsibilities may include inventory management, restocking, and supporting the team in achieving successful sales.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Sales, upselling, and achieving individual or team sales targets
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management and store upkeep
  • Customer service experience and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a retail environment
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning about products and providing tailored recommendations
  • Previous experience in retail or sales roles preferred but not required
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
