Are you a seasoned Storage Administrator with deep technical expertise and a passion for delivering secure, high-performance infrastructure solutions?

We're seeking a TSPV-cleared professional to join a mission-critical program within the Australia Signals Directorate (ASD), one of Australian's most significant national security agencies.

You'll play a vital role in designing and administering enterprise-grade storage and backup systems that underpin sensitive government operations.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Storage Administrator, you will:

  • Lead the design and configuration of storage and backup infrastructure in accordance with enterprise architectural standards
  • Deploy and maintain SAN infrastructure, storage arrays and backup systems
  • Apply and document design patterns and technical standards to support business and security requirements
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring, performance tuning and issue resolution
  • Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary technical teams supporting national interests

Your Background

  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise storage systems, backup technologies and SAN environments
  • Strong skills in solution design, configuration and documentation in secure environments
  • Familiarity with architectural planning and business/system requirements alignment
  • Experience supporting highly secure government systems or Defence environments
  • An active and current TSPV clearance (mandatory)

Role Details:

  • Client: Australian Signals Directorate (ASD)
  • Location: ACT – on-site delivery required
  • Start Date: 03 November 2025
  • Contract Term: Initial 12 months + possible 2 x 12-month extension options
  • Security Clearance: TSPV (mandatory)
  • Rate Guide: $950-$1280/day + GST (depending on experience level)
