The role
We have a wonderful opportunity for an Associate with 4+ years' PAE to join our Plaintiff team in our Sydney office on a permanent full-time basis. You will be part of a dynamic and growing team, with direct Principal access and the opportunity to quickly develop your skills. Core duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing advice to clients on personal injury cases;
- Individual case management of plaintiff personal injury matters;
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, and statements of claim;
- Regular communication with clients and other stakeholders; and
- Assisting in divisional marketing and business development activities.

Who we are seeking
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- 4+ years post admission experience;
- Previous experience working on a variety of personal injuries cases (potentially including medical negligence claims and/or motor vehicle claims). Plaintiff experience will be highly regarded, although not essential;
- Ability to run files with minimum supervision;
- Strong relationship building, customer service and communication skills;
- Strong time management and organisational skills together with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities simultaneously; and
- Prior experience with high value catastrophic claims is highly advantageous.
