City of Moreton Bay QLD Australia GemLife Administration Pty Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

At GemLife, we're reshaping what lifestyle living for the over-50s looks like. We're searching for a passionate and customer-focused Resales Consultant to support homeowners and buyers across our Bribie Island and Moreton Bay resorts.

If you have strong sales skills, a customer-first mindset, and a natural talent for building relationships, this role offers the chance to thrive in a supportive, premium resort environment while making a meaningful difference.

About the Role

As a Resales Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless and successful resale experiences. You'll support homeowners from the moment they consider listing through to settlement — combining sales expertise, relationship management, and process coordination to make the journey professional, personalised, and stress-free. Working remotely with regular on-site engagement, you'll act as the local expert for all resale activity across both resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Conduct property walk-throughs and provide price guides/appraisals
  • Meet, greet, and build rapport with homeowners and prospective buyers
  • Host resale inspections, buyer tours, and highlight resort lifestyle and facilities
  • Represent GemLife Realty at open days, tours, and community events
  • Provide timely follow-up, feedback, and communication to all stakeholders

Process & Documentation

  • Manage listing templates, resale offer forms, and Form 9 Authority to Act
  • Oversee offers, contracts, and legal documentation with accuracy
  • Coordinate building/pest inspections, pre-settlement checks, and final handovers
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and QLD real estate legislation

Communication & Teamwork

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with buyers, sellers, resort teams, and head office
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Provide regular reporting, price adjustments, and marketing updates
  • Attend monthly alignment days at head office

Calendar & Lead Management

  • Organise and manage a structured calendar of appointments, open days, and follow-ups
  • Schedule buyer tours and contract milestones
  • Track lead engagement and progress through the company CRM

What You'll Bring

  • Proven property sales experience — ideally in lifestyle, retirement, or residential real estate
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and documentation skills
  • High accuracy with contracts and compliance
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
  • Understanding of QLD property legislation, including Form 9 processes
  • Current QLD Real Estate Licence (highly advantageous)

The successful candidate will be

  • Friendly, relatable, and genuinely customer-focused
  • Organised and confident managing your own schedule
  • A strong communicator who builds trust easily
  • Professional, ethical, and able to work autonomously
  • Passionate about lifestyle living and helping over-50s find their next dream home
