The business has been undergoing significant changes and growth internally and are looking for experienced compliance professionals to join their team. **The Role**
The Compliance Specialist will join an experienced team and the responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

- Regular Compliance Framework reviews and implementing suggested improvements.
- Consistent review and updates of the organisation's compliance obligations.
- Ensuring adequate documentation and compliance measures are in place.
- Helping to develop and provide training to staff on relevant compliance issues.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

**Your Profile**

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience within a regulatory compliance focused role
- Experience in the Australian Financial Services sector (banking, insurance etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
