As demand grows, we're looking for an experienced an Assistant Scheduler willing to learn, to join our professional team based on the Gold Coast.

About the Role

This is a key position where you'll coordinate the schedules of multiple tradespeople, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish. The role is fast-paced, varied, and rewarding — no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage daily workflows for trades and subcontractors

  • Liaise with clients to confirm booking times and project updates

  • Coordinate material deliveries to align with work schedules

  • Update project statuses in our scheduling and job management system (e.g. Buildertrend or similar)

  • Handle last-minute changes with professionalism and composure

  • Communicate clearly and efficiently across departments

What You'll Bring

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

  • Experience with scheduling software or job management tools

  • Trade or construction industry experience is highly desirable

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
