Support coordination for NDIS Assistive technology

We are looking for a caring person for a unique role

We provide assistive technology for people with disability

Our main product is an AI life manager called , for people with neurodiversity, cognitive and organisational support needs.

We are also launching a new product line of domestic robots, to perform physical household tasks.

We need someone to work directly with NDIS participants - chatting with them to see if our products are a good fit, liaising with Plan Managers, allied health providers and nominees, and helping participants get set up with their technology

We are a fully registered provider, and also a registered of Mid Cost AT.

Our parent company is a Public Benefit Corporation:

Responsibilities

  • Frontline support, work with qualified inbound queries to setup service agreements
  • Working with plan managers on funding
  • Onboarding, and talking to people about their goals and how to use the technology
  • Support. Respond to inbound queries, troubleshoot, and work with engineering and accounts to resolve any issues
  • Work with our product team and give feedback. This is a world first, developed in close consultation with People with Disabilities, and we want to improve our products all the time

Skills

If you have technical skills that would be a plus, but mostly we are interested in

Qualifications

  • Experience working with participants on their goals and coaching
  • We thought support coordination background a plus, to help work through the complexities of various support needs and plan manager liaison
