We're on the lookout for a passionate, organised, and people-loving Assistant Club Manager to help drive our success and keep our members thriving.

So, what's the gig?

As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Club Manager to deliver a first-class member experience and hit business goals. You'll be the go-to person for sales, service, and day-to-day operations - keeping the club buzzing with positive energy.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it):

Work closely with the Club Manager to achieve membership growth targets

Support in running sales campaigns and hitting KPIs

Deliver unforgettable customer service - make every member feel like family

Assist in managing day-to-day club operations and ensure the space is always fresh and inviting

Help plan and deliver fun events, challenges, and outreach activities

Be a role model for teamwork, culture, and good vibes

What we're looking for:

You don't need to be a fitness pro, but we do need someone who:

Has experience in sales or customer service (fitness industry experience = bonus points)

Is confident chatting with people and building strong relationships

Brings initiative, organisation, and reliability to every shift

Can work both independently and as part of a team

Loves learning and is keen to step up and grow into future leadership opportunities

You'll thrive in this role if you're:
