About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the CaFHS team as a Regional Team Manager, where you will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality early childhood health, development, and wellbeing services for children up to school age and their families.
- Oversee the effective management of human, financial, administrative, and physical resources in line with organisational objectives.
- Promote positive parenting through universal and targeted programs.
- Foster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and positive team performance.
- Ensure best practice by addressing inconsistencies between policy and practice and maintaining accountability for clinical and business outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to participate in and contribute to key decision-making processes at a senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with others to influence and earn the trust and respect of relevant parties, gaining co-operation and support.
- Experience in management and leadership roles.
