Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled Regional Manager to lead our growing team with a great work culture.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from home, our head office, and enjoy autonomous travel as part of their role.

About Us

We are an Australian owned and operated provider of Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services with strong child-centric and inclusive philosophies.

Our head office is located in Modbury North and we currently operate 50 sites in metro and regional South Australia.

About the Role

The Regional Manager will provide leadership and management to Service Directors, Nominated Supervisors, Responsible Persons, and Educational Leaders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the operation of services in line with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

We have three permanent full-time roles available covering the Adelaide Hills, Southwestern suburbs, and Northeastern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and support Service Managers in the hiring process, implementation of community connection, performance management, and compliance checks
  • Liaise closely with and provide periodical reports to senior management regarding matters relating to the operation of the services
  • Support Service Contacts with training and mentoring to effectively manage the service(s), whilst providing feedback regarding performance to Service Contacts
  • Forging strong relationships with partner school Contract Managers to gain trust and respect towards the service
  • Maintain relationships with Service Managers and oversight of their centres by conducting regular visits
Requirements
  • Preferred: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or School-Aged Education and Care
  • Desired: Experience as a Centre Director, Early Childhood Teacher, or Out of Hours Care facilitator
  • Valid or willing to obtain: Working with Children Check
  • Valid or willing to obtain: RRHAN-EC (Responding to Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care)
  • Valid or willing to obtain: First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis training - HTLAID012
  • A full, unrestricted Australian driver's licence
