What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets in a B2B NDIS environment.
- Exceptional networking skills, with the ability to create referrals, build partnerships, and maintain strong relationships across your region.
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to forecast, analyse markets, and deliver outcomes.
- Experience with CRM systems, driving process improvements, and developing reporting functionality.
- Strong project management capabilities and sales skills, with a history of mentoring and developing teams to perform at their best.
