As our Power Platform Developer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing robust low-code solutions that meet complex business needs. You'll work on a variety of projects, from enhancing existing applications to building new ones from the ground up, directly impacting our operational efficiency and national reach.

What You'll Bring (Your Expertise):
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience developing custom solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in:
Power Apps: Both Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
- Power Automate: Designing and implementing complex workflows.
- Dataverse: Data modelling and integration.
- Integrations: Experience connecting Power Platform solutions with other systems (e.g. Azure services, Business Central etc.).
- JavaScript: Proficiency in writing custom scripts and extending Power Platform functionality.
Low-Code First Mindset: A strong understanding of how to leverage the Power Platform's capabilities for rapid development.
Problem-Solving: A keen ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
- Continuous Learning: A genuine desire to stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.
- Certification (Highly Regarded): Microsoft Certified- Power Platform Developer Associate or similar certifications are a significant plus.
