The Opportunity:

As our Power Platform Developer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing robust low-code solutions that meet complex business needs. You'll work on a variety of projects, from enhancing existing applications to building new ones from the ground up, directly impacting our operational efficiency and national reach.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working collaboratively, and is eager to expand their capabilities within a supportive environment.

What You'll Bring (Your Expertise):

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience developing custom solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in:

  • Power Apps: Both Canvas and Model-Driven applications.

  • Power Automate: Designing and implementing complex workflows.
  • Dataverse: Data modelling and integration.
  • Integrations: Experience connecting Power Platform solutions with other systems (e.g. Azure services, Business Central etc.).
  • JavaScript: Proficiency in writing custom scripts and extending Power Platform functionality.
  • Low-Code First Mindset: A strong understanding of how to leverage the Power Platform's capabilities for rapid development.

  • Problem-Solving: A keen ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable Power Platform solutions.

  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
  • Continuous Learning: A genuine desire to stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.
  • Certification (Highly Regarded): Microsoft Certified- Power Platform Developer Associate or similar certifications are a significant plus.
