Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Automation Specialist to help improve our business processes. In this role, you will use your knowledge of AI and automation platforms (like 'Power Automate, n8, or '') to build and manage efficient workflows. The primary focus will be on connecting our systems and automating tasks, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and managing automations using tools like like Power Automate, n8, or , or other similar platforms.
  • Using AI models and prompt engineering to automate tasks and decisions.
  • Connecting to our business applications using APIs, with a focus on Microsoft services (experience with Dynamics is a big plus).
  • Applying basic coding skills (with the help of AI tools) for custom logic and data handling.
  • Analyzing business needs and building practical, automated solutions for them.

What We're Looking For:

  • Automation Experience: you have a portfolio or clear examples of automation workflows you have built using platforms like Power Automate, n8n, or
  • Prompt Engineering Skills: you are comfortable writing and refining prompts to get reliable results from AI models.
  • API Knowledge: you have experience working with APIs to connect different software and services.
  • Problem-Solving Attitude: you enjoy figuring out how to solve different business challenges and can quickly learn and apply new ideas.
  • Basic Coding: you have some familiarity with a scripting language like Python or JavaScript.
