An exciting leadership role as Clinical Lead – Speech Pathology has opened within our Queensland team at Food Solutions, Australia's leading provider of Dietetics & Speech Pathology in Aged Care.

These opportunities don't come up often – this is your chance to step into a role where you'll shape clinical services, mentor an exceptional team, and have a lasting impact across aged care in Queensland.

This is a part-time role with the flexibility to be full-time depending on candidate requirements.

As a Food Solutions Clinical Lead, you will:

  • Provide high-level clinical speech pathology services across aged care and community care settings
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of speech pathologists, supporting both professional growth and clinical excellence
  • Act as a reference point for the team and our homes to support complex dysphagia management including palliative care and Eating and Drinking with Acknowledged Risk (EDAR)
  • Represent Food Solutions across Queensland, supporting partnerships with our homes through quality improvement work such as IDDSI auditing and education programs
  • Collaborate nationally with other Clinical Leads and the National Manager to ensure consistency, innovation, and best practice in care delivery

What You'll Bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with current SPA membership
  • Proven experience in complex dysphagia management and aged care
  • Leadership and/or supervisory experience (formal or informal)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and lead through challenges
