What you'll be doing day today:

  • Lead a team of speech pathologists across multiple sites, including onboarding, supervision and clinical mentoring
  • Support clients with complex communication and swallowing needs, including stroke, brain injury and progressive neuro conditions
  • Develop and review individualised treatment plans, ensuring alignment with personal goals and evidence-based practice
  • Build out resources, systems, and clinical pathways that enhance therapy quality
  • Collaborate with other clinical leads to support integrated, multidisciplinary care
  • Support recruitment, workforce planning and service growth alongside Allied Health leadership

We're looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA membership
  • Proven leadership experience within a speech pathology or multidisciplinary team
  • Strong background working with clients with neurological and complex disabilities
  • Deep understanding of the NDIS and community-based therapy models
  • A collaborative, grounded approach to team-building and clinical coaching
  • Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care and service innovation
  • National Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening
