About The Job
The
M&S Project Manager
will lead and deliver all Manufacturing & Supply projects to the required milestone achievement dates. This includes driving the project team members for completion of tasks, regular project status check ins on project deliverables, action M&S activities to support ANZ & Regional & Global Project Managers to deliver projects on time and in full.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional Project teams
• Accountable to deliver the M&S projects on time and in scope
• Responsible for project management across all areas (eg. Scope, Schedules, Project Risks)
• Proactively communicate project expectations, statuses, and metrics to all key stakeholders
• Perform risk management strategies as required, and take necessary risk mitigation steps
• Facilitate Kick-Off meetings as well as regular project meetings to drive and track progress
• Represents the Virginia site in all Sourcing Case requests
• Structures team discussions and drives decision making within the team
• Represents M&S for Project updates in Supply Review Meetings and coordinate all M&S related tasks for any NPD or Regional projects for Virginia site
• Support broader project teams providing advice, guidance, direction and support to team members
• Organise and participate in Stability Packaging trials when required
• Complete Change Controls for projects (including M&S, Geo expansion, NPD projects in conjunction with the Quality Project Leader)
• Raise Connect/Veeva Deviations and Events when required
• Provide communications and actions to the Supply Chain Production Planning group for scheduling and/or purchasing activities

About You
Qualification:

• Relevant Project Management studies preferred

Experience

• Ideally 2-3 years Project Management experience in either FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Retail industry

Soft & Technical Skills

• Data driven, Analytical and Engineering mindset
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite, and SAP exposure would be a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
• Highly collaborative with high level communication- verbal and written
