About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Payroll Officer to join our Payroll team on a full time basis located in Warwick Farm. Joining an experienced team, you will work in a fast paced environment supporting both weekly and monthly pay runs nationally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform end-to-end payroll processing, using an integrated Time Management and Human Resources Systems (Mitrefinch, ConnX and MicrOpay)
  • Posting weekly and monthly payroll General Ledgers
  • Processing Payroll Tax and Superannuation payments
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
  • Commitment to confidentiality to maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience with MicrOpay
  • High level of attention to detail coupled with an efficient approach to achieving outcomes
  • Experience in payroll processing and ability to learn to specific awards
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional oral and written communication
