The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR / Payroll / Admin Officer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for Managing the HR function, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, and assisting with day-to-day administrative duties.


Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support performance review processes and employee relations.
  • Monitor leave and attendance systems.

Payroll:

  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Ensure compliance.
  • Manage employee benefits and deductions.
  • Liaise with finance regarding payroll reports and reconciliations.

Administration:

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and internal communications.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Support document management and filing systems.

About You

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR, Payroll, Admin role.
  • Knowledge of employment law and payroll procedures.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll software (MYOB Exo / Acumatica / TimeTrak)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel

Highly Desirable:

  • Qualifications in HR / Extensive Experience
