We're Curl Curl Plumbing and we're looking for a highly experienced Maintenance Plumber with passion, drive and ambition who is looking for the opportunity to move into a management role. Ideally you'd already have been working in a management position or alternatively you may be working in a supervisory role and looking for career advancement and wanting to reach your full potential and be rewarded.

You'll learn a great deal about our unique systems, procedures and services, yet no doubt you'll teach us a thing or two. To be successful in this position you must:

  • Hold a currant NSW Plumbing, Drainage & Gasfitting Contractors Licence
  • Have 5-10 years of experience working as a qualified tradesman in Australia
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in maintaining and  building customer relationships
  • Well developed leadership capability, underpinned by a team player approach
  • Sound business acumen allied to good organisational skills
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, integrity and a positive attitude

Whilst remuneration is negotiable it will be based on experience and capability. After your 3 month successful trial period, there will be an upward salary review. The longer term expectation is that you will become such a vital part of running the business that a profit sharing arrangement will be entered into.
