Skills and requirements:
- Maintenance Plumbing experience is essential.
- Can do attitude, with confidence to work on own jobs.
- Experience in Strata and Preventative Maintenance.
- Must be able to diagnose maintenance issues and problem solve.
- Experience in leak location is desirable.
- High communication skills.
- Must enjoy dealing with customers
