Complete Plumbing and Drainage has been a trusted leader in the plumbing industry since 1993. We specialise in new residential plumbing, drainage, and gas fitting across the greater Sydney basin, proudly partnering with some of the region's most respected building companies.

We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who understands every aspect of plumbing and drainage in the residential (cottage) construction industry and thrives on leading teams, solving problems, and delivering high-quality results.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for supervising and ensuring the successful delivery of all plumbing and drainage works within the North to North west Sydney area. You'll play a key part in maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency across multiple job sites while supporting and guiding our team of plumbers and drainers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all aspects of plumbing and drainage projects within your area
  • Oversee, check, and report on various stages of job site progress
  • Review plans and job files, providing clear working notes for the team
  • Work closely with builders, plumbers, and drainers to resolve issues and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard
  • Maintain accurate records and job completion notes
  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure scheduling and workflow are on track
  • Quote and raise variation order requests where required
  • Book final inspections with DFT/local governing bodies

About You

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in the plumbing and drainage industry
  • Recognised plumbing trade qualification
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting plans
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Clean driving record
  • White Card and current driver's licence
