We are looking for an enthusiastic Reservations Agent to join our team and continue to provide exceptional customer service to new and existing resort guests.

**Your day to day will look like**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service at every part of the guests journey including new reservations, changes, cancellations and in-house enquiries.
- Ensure all reservations are entered accurately into NewBook PMS.
- Up selling accommodation, booking add-ons and extensions.
- Effectively communicating with your teammates and other departments.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Is available to work across seven days between 7am - 7pm; weekends, public holidays and school holidays are required.
- Has previous experience in an Admin, Front Office, Sales role or similar - previous Hotel experience is preferred but not essential.
- Enjoys working both autonomously and within a close team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high standard of spelling, and grammatical ability in verbal and written communication.
- Experience working with Outlook and Microsoft Suite.
