With an active development pipeline and a mission to create long-term value for our investors and communities, we are seeking a seasoned capital markets professional to lead our wholesale equity strategy.

The Opportunity

We're searching for a Head of Capital to join our executive team and drive equity capital raising across Gallery Group's projects. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for raising $60M+ annually from high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, family offices, and sophisticated investors. You'll be backed by a strong project pipeline, highly experienced executive team, and operate under our own AFSL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead capital raising strategy to exceed $60M equity target
  • Cultivate and manage deep relationships with HNW investors, family offices, and wholesale capital channels
  • Prepare and present compelling investment opportunities (IMs, pitch decks, etc.
  • Own the investor lifecycle: from introduction through to exit
  • Ensure full compliance under the company's AFSL and relevant ASIC regulations

About You

Essential:

  • Proven track record raising $50M+ annually in equity capital
  • Established network of wholesale and HNW investors
  • Experience in property investment, private equity, or private credit
  • Strong understanding of AFSL/ASIC compliance (RG146 desirable)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and investor relationship skills

Preferred Background:

  • Previous leadership in a capital raising or distribution role within a property fund, PE firm, or investment bank
  • Experience with residential development projects and associated financial structures
