The role involves…

●      Customer service: in-person, phone calls, text messages and emails

●      Assisting patients pre and post treatment

●      Managing bookings and payments

●      Conducting patient consultations and explaining the treatment process, including costs, timelines, and expected outcomes

●      Extensive use of Microsoft Office including specialist dental applications

●      Balancing admin tasks with customer service

●      Accuracy and attention to detail

●      Clear, kind, respectful communication with patients and colleagues at all times
