We're on the lookout for a skilled and passionate individual to coordinate our laser-engraved product range. This full-time role combines hands-on manufacturing with administrative duties, offering an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand and a tight-knit, fun team that's dedicated to doing great work with great people.

Key Responsibilities:

Organise and assign materials for production

Complete engraving projects on a first in first out basis

Prepare visual mockups and artwork based on customer input and files

Provide customer care via email, phone and in store appointments (laser and general admin queries)

Collaborate with our manufacturing, customer service, social media & PR, and R&D teams

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite

Strong attention to detail

Ability to balance accuracy, care, and output

Highly organised with excellent time management

Initiative and a willingness to learn and a mindset geared toward process improvement

Preferred: Experience with fibre laser engraving equipment, especially using LightBurn software, but not required.
