Here’s a bit about the role
We are looking for a part-time Clinic Coordinator to join the SILK team at our Ipswich clinic.
A typical day will include supporting the clinic manager to drive clinic sales performance, coaching team members and leading by example through hands-on interactions with our clients. You will coach the team, leading them to be the experts in what we do, ensuring to provide our clients with an experience that will keep them coming back for more
You will be a brand ambassador, being a culture add to the clinic, being someone our team members respect and our clients trust.
The less glamorous but just as important part of the role of reporting, compliance and clinic presentation will remain a key focus to ensure overall success within the clinic and impeccable client experience.

Interested? Here is what you’ll need to be successful
- You will need a Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (however, extensive training will be provided)
- Proven ability to work within a fast paced environment, where you need to manage multiple tasks at a time
- Experience coaching, leading and supporting the management of a team and ensuring Clinic success
- Proven ability to kick Clinic sales targets, including personal and team KPI’s
- Demonstrated experience in delivering gold service to clients and having them coming back for more
- Experience using medical grade devices (such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring) is not essential, but is a nice to have
- Strong and positive communication skills that inspires your team
