What You Bring:

• A great attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
• Some exposure to or interest in civil drafting—whether through study, work experience, or personal projects.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
• Any experience with 12d Model software or Synergy is a advantageous, but not essential.
