What you'll do

As the Human Resource Administrator at Timboon and District Healthcare Service (TDHS), you'll play a key role in supporting our people and processes. This fixed-term role is available while our current team member takes on a secondment as HR Advisor — giving you a chance to step into a pivotal HR role and make a real impact with the support of an experienced and friendly team. You'll be the go-to for HR administration – ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your day will include:

• Coordinating end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and managing employee data in our HRIS system.
• Ensuring timely submission of timesheets and assisting in resolving payroll errors.
• Assisting with HR reporting, policy updates, and compliance initiatives.
• Being a trusted point of contact for staff HR and payroll queries.
• General HR administration and support to the HR team.
