SAP HR Payroll Consultant

Responsibilities:
1. Configure and maintain SAP HR Payroll (Australia) module to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
2. Design and implement onboarding processes within the SAP system to streamline new employee integration and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and configure SAP Employee Central module to support HR processes such as employee data management, organizational management, and time and attendance.
4. Provide technical expertise and support for SAP HR modules, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
5. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP HR modules and other enterprise systems.
6. Develop and maintain documentation for SAP HR configurations, processes, and procedures.
7. Stay updated with SAP HR best practices and industry trends to recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Proven experience in configuring and maintaining SAP HR Payroll, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules.
3. In-depth understanding of SAP HR processes, data structures, and integration points with other SAP modules.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
6. SAP certification in HR modules is a plus.
7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
