Cressi Sub S.p.A is a world leader in the design and manufacture of scuba diving, freediving, spearfishing, and water sports equipment. Founded from a deep passion for the ocean, we continue to inspire and equip water sports enthusiasts across the globe.
Located in the Aura Industrial Park, Baringa (Sunshine Coast), we are the exclusive distributors for Cressi Sub S.p.A in Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a professional and motivated individual to join our team, providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to management and our expanding dealer network.
The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and office support across various areas of the business.
- Process and release sales orders, invoices, and credits with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain customer accounts and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Support management, sales representatives, and field agents with customer and account needs.
- Work within our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to monitor orders and stock movements.
- Assist in maintaining organised records and supporting general office operations.
About You
You are a reliable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You bring initiative, accountability, and strong communication skills to every task.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven administrative or office support experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administration or office support experience required.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency including formulas and pivot tables required.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Knowledge or interest in scuba, freediving, or the wider water sports industry (advantageous but not required).
- Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
