Title: Analyst / Consultant | full time
Location: Melbourne South-East
Salary range: $70-85K plus super

Morgan Asset Performance is seeking an Analyst/Consultant to support the delivery of high-impact projects. You'll work alongside experienced consultants and client leaders to analyse organisations, identify opportunities, and implement improvements that drive performance and customer satisfaction.
This role will suit someone who thrives on structured problem solving, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow their career in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
Work you'll do
•Build and strengthen client relationships.
•Collaborate with team members and clients to frame their business needs.
•Change management, manage workstreams, stakeholders and risks
•Participate in structured problem solving.
•Identify and analyse data to inform effective decision making.
•Independently progress high quality solutions that deliver on client's needs.
•Present outcomes to client executive teams.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree. Preferred masters in engineering, business, technology or psychology.
We are looking for a technology forward individual who can apply leading edge AI and unlock productivity within client organisations.
What we are looking for
Analysts/Consultants:
•Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment.
•Project management experience.
•Consulting experience.
•Experience working with senior stakeholders (senior management, directors, executives, etc.)
•Experience in manufacturing, pharma, FMCG, sustainability.
•Experience with Relevance AI, ChatGPT5, Gamma AI, Claude, etc
•High degree of MS Excel, PPT, Word capability.
