**YOUR MISSION**:
We have a great opportunity for a Financial Planning Analyst to join the team

In the role of Financial Planning Analyst, you will support the Teamhead Financial Planning, and play a crucial role in bridging the gap between financial data and business strategy.

You will collaborate closely with business managers, providing real-time support and financial insights to drive timely, accurate and informed decision-making to help shape the financial direction of the business and contribute to its overall success.

Responsible for the commercial and financial planning & analysis for the Oceania region across both Retail and Wholesale sales channels, specific responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Strategic business planning - short and long-term - including annual operational planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business case proposals and other analysis that helps drive the performance of the business.
- Providing leadership support, direction and technical expertise in all aspects of commercial management, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements and help ensure performance targets are achieved.
- Identifying key areas for process improvements and efficiencies, establishing best practice processes and standardised, automated ways of working.
