About the role

If you've worked in automotive retail, understand the rhythm of service and parts operations, and have the knack for guiding people through change, this could be your next move. Based at our state-of-the-art facility in Derrimut within the CMV Training Institute, you will be part of a forward-thinking and supportive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across our dealerships.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and roll out smarter ways of working.
• Coach staff and leaders in continuous improvement practices — making sure improvements stick.
• Embed practical tools like daily improvement meetings and 5S to create a sustainable culture.
• Build strong relationships across the business so ideas and solutions flow freely.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Have Automotive retail experience - you get how dealerships tick.
• Hands-on experience with improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma training is nice, but influence and leadership are more important).
• Be Personable, confident, and persuasive - able to coach at every level from the workshop floor to senior management.
• Hold strong process-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to back up ideas with data.
• Have a customer focus and passion for driving better outcomes.
