The Role

We're seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to handle outbound prospecting- mainly cold calls and structured email outreach, and to build relationships with business decision-makers from supplied lead lists.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Contacting potential clients by phone and email using pre-qualified lead lists
  • Following up with prospects to identify needs and arrange introductions with our internal specialists
  • Recording communications accurately and maintaining CRM data integrity
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with recurring clients
  • Reporting progress and conversion metrics to management

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and structured cold outreach
  • Professional manner and ability to converse with business owners, executives, and property managers
  • Reliable, self-managed, and able to follow a clear process

Compensation

  • Commission-based structure with competitive rates per closed client or converted lead
  • Option for monthly retainer after successful trial period
  • Tools, scripts, and leads provided
