Role Description

We're looking for a full-time Operations & Contracts Partner to join our team on-site in Petrie, QLD. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and managing contracts and listing agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, and coordinating with agents, clients, and external parties to keep everything running smoothly. You'll also review and analyse contract terms, maintain accurate records, and act as the trusted point of contact to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The position suits someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while supporting both the operational and contractual side of the business.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Contract & Listing agreement creation
  • Strong Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in real estate or contracts preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
