This position has become available due to exciting internal growth, offering you the chance to step into a well-established portfolio with full support for a smooth transition.

This role involves managing your own property portfolio, liaising with owners, tenants, and contractors.  You will use Property Me to track property details and maintain accurate lease records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own property portfolio
  • Liase with all involved, from owner to tenant, to contractor
  • Maintain accurate communication for all properties and transactions
  • Use Property Me to manage all property details
  • Perform regular market reviews
  • Ensure lease records are kept current and accurate
  • Apply good time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to clients
  • Continuously seek improvements in processes and service delivery
  • Work independently while contributing to a positive team environment

About you:

  • Hold a current QLD Real Estate Licence
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Property Me
  • Current QLD driver's licence
  • A strong ability to manage your own portfolio, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities
  • Highly organised, with the ability to maintain accurate communication and property records
  • You are skilled at conducting market reviews, keeping lease records ensuring your portfolio remains competitive
  • Possess excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills, enabling you to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • You thrive in an independent work environment but are also a collaborative team player, contributing to the overall success of the property management team
