The Role

  • Provide exceptional customer focus towards both prospective and existing owners and guests.
  • Ongoing engagement with guests via phone, email and in person when required.
  • Ensure accuracy of the central booking management software.
  • Handle credit card transactions.
  • Perform checks of cleaning quality and ensure any maintenance of holiday properties.

Requirements

  • Experience in a holidays or guest services role desired but not essential.
  • Willing to be on-call during weekends on rostered basis.
  • Willing to undertake training to complete Certificate IV in Real Estate.
  • Maintain a current Driver's license.
  • Good communication/attention to detail.
  • Computer Literacy skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced continually evolving environment.
