Carrick Plumbing & Roofing is a family-owned business based in Port Macquarie with over 15 years of experience servicing the Mid North Coast.

We're known for our strong culture, supportive team, and commitment to delivering quality work.

We're now seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and unlock new opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across key sectors (education, aged care, property management, government).

● Follow up on completed jobs to ensure client satisfaction and explore further work.

● Attend site visits to scope work, prepare quotes, and respond to client queries.

● Manage leads, quotes, and follow-ups using our CRM.

● Coordinate with the admin and trade teams to ensure smooth job handover and delivery.

● Support marketing efforts with offers, campaigns, and client engagement ideas.

● Provide regular reports on pipeline activity and sales performance.

What you'll bring:

● Strong people skills and a natural ability to build trust.

● Background in the construction industry (ideal but not essential).

● Experience in sales, quoting, or account management.

● Commercial awareness – you understand margins and how to close deals.

● Confident communicator who's organised and reliable.

● Comfortable using CRMs and following structured sales processes
