This roleYou will be responsible for leading and driving the Sales department, including Course & Careers Advisors and Business Development Managers. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires you to be process-driven, think strategically and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, support and coach the Sales team
  • Execute sales strategy to drive business growth
  • Streamline sales processes
  • Monitor and ensure performance metrics are being met and reported to executive leadership in a timely manner
  • Stay updated on market trends, changes and opportunities

  • Proven success in leading a high performing sales-team
  • Similar role within an RTO setting
  • Hands on leadership style with the ability to inspire high performance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience implementing or improving sales processes and reporting
  • Strong commercial acumen
